Service Fulfillment
Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the scope of services purchased and the next steps.
All consulting services, deliverables, and workshops will be provided in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline as outlined in the service agreement.
Any delays or updates will be communicated promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are not permitted to cancel their service agreement. Once services are purchased, the agreement is binding, and all payments are final.

Refund Policy
All payments for consulting services are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule consulting sessions or workshops with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional fees or forfeiture of the session at our discretion.
