What to expect after purchase, how services are delivered, and our payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms.
Please read this policy before purchasing Black Box Franchising services. Your written engagement sets out the work to be delivered for your business.

What we provide
Black Box Franchising provides franchise consulting, development, education, and related professional services. Your purchase description and written service agreement define the specific deliverables, fees, timeline, and support included in your engagement.
These are service purchases; physical shipping and merchandise returns do not apply to the consulting services described on this website.
Order confirmation and delivery
After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and outlining the next steps. Please use an email address you can access at checkout and check your spam folder if the confirmation does not arrive.
Consultations, workshops, and project deliverables are provided according to the timeline in your service agreement. Delivery may take place through scheduled calls, online sessions, email, or the channels agreed for your engagement. We will communicate changes or delays affecting delivery.
If you need help accessing a service or have not received your next steps, email info@blackboxfranchising.com with your name, purchase date, and receipt or order reference. Do not include full payment-card details.
Payments and financing
Review the offer, total price, currency, and payment terms before completing checkout. The advertised “start with as little as $150 down” amount refers to a potential upfront payment, not the total cost of franchise development.
To explore financing, select Klarna at Stripe checkout if it is available to you. Approval, the amount due today, repayment schedule, and any financing charges are determined by the option offered at checkout and the provider’s agreement. Approval and a $150 down payment are not guaranteed.
A financing plan does not change the scope of the purchased service. Review both your Black Box service agreement and the payment provider’s terms.
Refunds and cancellations
Consulting payments are final and non-refundable. Service agreements cannot be canceled after purchase. Review the scope of work, full cost, and terms before paying, and contact us with any questions before you commit.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a charge appears incorrect or a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact us so we can investigate.
Rescheduling consultations and sessions
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a consulting session or appointment. Email us with your original appointment time and your request.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in an additional fee or forfeiture of the session, at Black Box Franchising’s discretion. Rescheduling an appointment does not cancel a purchased service agreement.
