Kika Wise’s journey began as a professional dancer and entrepreneur. She founded Kika Stretch Studios in 2011, then developed the business into a franchise brand.
Building her own franchise gave her firsthand experience with the work behind expansion: defining the model, documenting operations, training others, and protecting the consistency of the brand.
She founded Black Box Franchising to help other small business owners navigate that process with clear direction, practical systems, and support.
